Who do you call to find out the status of an order?? Can you call Audi direct?? My salesman is very new and inexperienced... I would rather call direct... Is there a phone number??thanks

You should push your sales person and if he stalls you, call the sales manager directly.
Not sure there is a way to contact AOA directly unless you wanted to complain about your dealer... you are paying for service, the dealer should do something this simple for you with little fuss.

I've got a note in to recheck mine... As of two weeks ago, it was the 13th of Sept. I have the vin # as well....
It will be a monster...
Mugello blue s-line, premium plus, black leather, adaptive air and other stuff I can't remember... Just not the audio upgrade.... I'm pumped ;-)
