When is the cutoff from 2012 and 2013 production?

April 6th according to the guide. My dealer just informed me that my Q7 order has changed to a 2013 model year. I ordered in Feb.

I'd been hoping that the 2013 model year would be the next-gen, but I guess this cinches that it's not. Rats!!

As a parent, I'm excited to see a rear seat entertainment system available! I would have loved the advanced key to be a stand alone option.

When in Feb did you order and did he give a date for production?

I ordered on 2/21/12. The dealer did tell me they could not guarantee a 2012 model at that time. They told me on April 6th that it looked like it was going to be a MY2012 with production in April and a May delivery. Then on April 10th, after an Audi rep visited the dealership that day, they informed me that it was changed to a 2013 with production in June and a July delivery. Said they had about 10 other orders changed from 2012 to 2013 at the same time.

Dealer could not give me an answer. Still shows 2012 with June delivery, makes no sense. Can''t even get a production date, oh well.
