25,000 mile service showing I need new tires and brakes already--anyone else have similar experience

Nope, it clearly states that wear items, such as tires, brakes and pads are NOT covered under audi care.
You can't have the performance, braking power and handling of a 5,000lb. vehicle without something getting used up like tires, brakes and pads.
This is called the "Price of Admission"
My 2003 GMC Yukon with 125K miles is still on original brakes and ready for it's 3rd set of tires. Other than 2 batteries, haven't spent much on this car since new. BUT>>>>
It does not drive like me Q7, it does not stop like my Q7 and it certainly does not take corners like my Q7.
My wife's Rover (and from what I can tell, most Rovers) eat brakes every 10-15K and tires are the same. Big Heavy vehicles.

If you accelerate and brake often, I'm sure everything wears out faster. Do you rotate your tires?

I'm really shocked by this... 25k miles and you need new rotors? I think you're being taken for a ride.
Look, we have 2 Q7's (an '06 TDI and an '08 TDI). My brother-in-law drives the '06 and he drives like a nutter - I mean serious motorway burning and his driving off the motorway is "sporty" to say the least (hard acceleration and hard stopping). His first set of new brake rotors was at 120,000 km. That's 80,000 miles.
I think some shops just see a Q7 and think they can take the owners for every penny.
So,unless there's a huge material difference in the rotors fitted between the US and Portugal, I really would demand the shop get the callipers out and show me why they feel the rotors are shot after 25k miles.

And BTW, I don't drive like a nutter. The Q7 is not a vehicle to drive as a nutter - it's too heavy

I took my 2007 Q7 into the Audi dealership for my 25,000 mile service and they informed me that I need new tires and all new brakes (not brake pads...new brakes entirely). Together, it will cost me over $2,000 and my car isn't even 15 months old! Apparently Audi quit covering brakes in their warranties in 2005.
I was told by the dealership that this is very common for Q7s. I figured I'd need to replace the tires...but not so soon. And the brakes?!? Don't even get me started on that. Why did I spend $60K on this car if I have to continue to dump money into it? If I'm incurring this expense at only 25,000 miles...I'm scared to imagine what this car will cost me over the lifetime that I have it.
Is this common? Has anyone else had these issues?
