adaptive air suspension
this does not come as standard on all q7's right? i looked for it in the infotainment system and i couldn't find it . if it's not then what have i got?

This doesn't come as standard, not sure about the facelift version but for older Q7 this came as optional. If you have it, you can change ride height when you press the "CAR" button on the MMI system. After going to the car menu it should display selection of different ride height settings. Not sure what is displayed when air suspension isn't installed. If you don't have the adaptive air suspension you've just got the usual suspension (non air).

Yup... not standard.
even with facelift up to 2013, it's an optional equipment and you must have PRESTIGE to even get that option.
I was thinking about getting it for our 2011 but didn't want to get the PRESTIGE... No PRESTIGE = No Air Susps.

when i was looking for a q7, i wanted the air susp. Some dealers didnt even know how to tell, i even went to one 100 miles away, got there and it didnt have it, they said it did.
Easiest way to check is in the cargo area on the right side there is a button for the loading height. If it is there you have it, if not you dont. Easy way to tell without going into the menu.
