Today i just dropped off Q7 at Town Audi in Englewood NJ ... My first impression ... great service ... the minute you get there someone is greeting you .. Got to meet the owner, yes the owner of the dealership .. didn't know owners worked at the service center ... we will see if they can fix this problem on the first attempt ... note: the loaner A4 2.0T is piece of junk .. 39K miles and you can tell that car has been driven like its been stolen .. i shouldn't complain its a free loaner ... I didn't buy the Q7 at this dealership ...

Any event having the suspension looked at .. also, getting the coilpack recall fixed ... ask them to look into the TSB for the pan roof leak issue ..

Q7 still under factory warranty until 10/10 ... with a free 45K audi care check up ... I did purchase the CPO warranty for 2 additional years or 100K .. I can only imagine what the cost would be to have the suspension fixed if it was out of warranty ... I will report back with the results within the next day or two ...

Update - invoice receipt indicates 41734 Fault in electrical circuit for all 4 shocks and performed control module software level update .. In addition I had all the ignition coils replaced under the audi recall .. interest note that the dealer set my tire pressure at 47 psi for all four tires .. seems high?
