air conditioning not draining

I'm getting water on teh drivers side floor, its not the sun roof issue because it hasn't rained, its been hot and sticky and we've been using the air a lot. So I know the drain is pluggged, any one know where it is?? can I unplugg it myself??

Just be careful when pulling down the kick panel. It is easy to break the plastic locating lugs at the back.
