AMI only playing one channel (right) ... any fixes
I have been having issues with my AMI now for about 7 months and the dealer has not been able to fix the problem, so I am turning to my trusted advisors.
I have tried both types of cables (earphone and regular) and still the same issue .. and I have tried another IPod.
Has anyone else been having issues with theirs?

What has the dealership done?
Sounds like the system needs to be replaced. You are under warranty right? What is the problem with your dealer? Maybe a visit to another dealer is in order?

Makes no sense...
Are you showing them what it does, or is the issue intermittant? If it is always that way it should be easy to demonstrate. Seems like the dealer is not the best.
