Just FYI, the dealer in central FL is the one that did the previous work on my Q7, Prestige Audi service manager has helped me 100%, he took my car and are making the repairs. I have not been in the Collection dealer, but Prestige have been excellent.
Audi NA gets an F from me

Does not sound fare to me, good bye Q7, good bye Audi. Replacement coming soon.
Thank you to all audiworld members in this forum.
Smart decision, Now you can move on to a better car like a BMW X5 if you had just got one from the start you would have any problems. Congratulations on leaving Audi best decision you will ever make sorry for those who still suffer of all the things Audi lack...BIMMERS

I dont have a MY or arrival date for your Q7 but assumed your tenure started in late Mar early Apr 10. You just implied MY07 with arrival between Jun 06 to Apr 07 (after that had later version of sunroof). I should add your case to the spreadsheet at least once

you are correct, build date may/2006. one replacement early in the ownership then another one recently back in feb/march 2011... as stated earlier i was told the new roof is a revised roof which audi claims supercedes all other parts and should solve this issue once and for all.

You are pretty dense. Obviously this guy isn't the first to complain about the issue or else BMW wouldn't offer such a product. Why isn't the film put on at the factory as standard equipment????

BTW I have both an Audi and a BMW. Quality seems similar to me. Both cars have had multiple visits to the dealer...

I drive BMW and Audi, yes they had to go to dealer both, but BMW TSB means repair, for Audi means nothing unless you have damage. Unacceptable to me. I requested changing the sunroof drains while under warranty and Audi refused, I get a leak in the front right and I was told A/C related when it was the sunroof, I get a leak in the front left later on, and then leak in the back. Even with all that Audi NA refused to pay for the rear drain. Again completely unacceptable.
