Default Anyone Considering 3.0 TFSI ECU and Pulley Upgrade?

I've been browsing and see their is an ECU tune and pulley upgrade from APR for the 3.0 TFSI Q7.

I know I people are thinking why make a SUV fast? I know it's not going to be fast but I wouldn't mind a little extra power.

I'm thinking about this but can't seem to find anything online who has done the either upgrade. Also, I don't like the idea of it voiding the manufacturing warranty.

Anyone have thoughts?

Just took delivery of a Prestige with the HO 3.0 and was looking at APR also. I have used APR in the past on a B7 A4 with good results. It is easy to get to the pully on the Q.

I'm not sure if the ECU upgrade is a large gain on the HO motor.

I'm considering the ECU when I have some cash to burn next. Maybe the pulley.

Can't do just the pully, the ecu will still activate the blow off valve.

I'm taking my 2013 Q7 to an APR dealer today to see if they have a tune for the h.o. motor. I'm hoping they can scan for the specfic ecu number and let me know if they have anything.

This is the same motor in my 2010 S4 that I did a tune and it made a very nice difference. More than the numbers show. Great power every where and does not fall off at the top end.

I know it's an SUV but for passing on the highway I want the extra power!

I am new to this forum. I just picked up a 2013 sline prestige and am looking at doing the ECU tune. I have heard different things from different shops. My local dealer quoted me $2500 for the Stasis tune that just came out. Has anyone actually got a tune done yet?

2500 for the Stasis tune? Thought Stasis was selling that for around $1500-$1700 from what my dealer showed?
