I just leased a 2007 Q7 3.6 Premium. Options are Convenience Package, Infotainment, Technology, Moonroof and 19" wheels.
I did a 36 month/15,000 mile lease. The money factor for this lease is 0.00038. The residual is 52%.
If you add AudiCare to the lease, it adds 1% to the residual and keeps the payment virtually the same. My payment decreased by $0.30/month and I now have covered scheduled maintenance at 15,000, 25,000, 35,000 and 45,000 miles.
I was also able to do 4 Multiple Security deposits. I will give the dealer $3,000 that is fully refundable at the end of the lease. Eash security deposit lowers the money factor by 0.00008. The end result is my MF is 0.00006 or 0.14%.
The MSRP of my car was about $55,000. $1700 at lease signing plus the $3,000 MSDs and my payment including NJ taxes is $733/month.
I can't wait. Good luck!

MJOC10, that is one of the best deals I have seen, nice job!
Here is mine back in January..
3.6 premium
MSRP was about $55K
Selling price at $52K
36 month lease/12K per year
Monthly payment $760 CO tax included
$1411 at signing ($760 first month payment + $651 CO upfront use tax)
MF: 0.0009 (not so great knowing that people are getting 0.00038 now)
Residual: 55%
