Default attachment of euro plate to front license bracket

Has anyone attempted/have pictures of a euro plate installed on the license bracket insert?

Is there an available insert that is compatible with the euro plates here in the U.S.? I noticed the font bumper insert is specifically designed for American plates, and am not sure how seamlessly or aesthetically pleasing attaching a euro plate with cover would be.

Thanks in advance.

I got one on mine. The part number below is correct and it cost Euro 132.50.

Have one on the S4 also.
