Default time to trade up already...I cant believe it.

I posted a comparison recently between this engine and the 3.0 and 6.0 TDIs and the 4.2 comes out very well.
It might be a bit more practicle than the V12 to own too.
Seems like the perfect car for the US market..home of the V8.

it probably has to do with the grade of deisel fuel here... too bad though.

Default This is very nice. What exactly is Audi Lane Assist?

Is it like if you start to drift out of your lane, the steering wheel will vibrate?

I don't seem to understand it based on the article.

Default That is exactly right

It monitors the lane markings and if you drift it will "notify" you. I haven't used it though - not exactly sure.

Cool, I was wondering what a Sprint Blue Q7 would look like. I wish we would get the 4.2TDI :-(

Default i think 4.2 has diff turbo

0-100 is Kmph and fuel is litres per 100 Kms

3.0 V6 TDI 0-100 233 bhp 500nm 8.2 sec 10.5 per 100
4.2 V8 TDI 0-100 326 bhp 760nm 6.4 sec 11.1 per 100
6.0 V12 TDI 0-100 500 bhp 1000nm 5.5 sec 11.9 per 100

Looking at those figures the V8 is giving the best returns by a big margin.
I guess time will tell.
