For anyone interested Audiovox has the Q7 product numbers for a dual dvd system now.

The Dealer in Plano installed This System in a Q7 on the showroom Floor

It integrated with the factory Nav/Audio system and mutes when calls come in (of being played over the speaker, while not disrupting the wireless headhones.
Only downside is the dealer will not hook up any video input to the NAV and this company mostly sells only to dealers. They guarantee match on the listed factory headrest colors.
