brake lights stay on
Yet more issues with my lemon. The brake lights stay on when the car is off. Have tried all settings of lights. Started and stopped vehicle again. Dealer is closed today for the holiday.

Try pulling the brake pedal up by hand...
the light switch actuator is right there. Maybe, just maybe its a physical problem.
Its a bit of a one shot but might save your battery.
