Is this Brembo OEM on our Q7's?

I currently have the Hawk ceramics and am not impressed with it. Also it's time to flush the brake fluid again and I wonder if that could contribute to the mushy feeling of the pedal?
Looks like Hawk LTS is very popular?

I'll probably go from the OEM to the LTS with my next set of pads. What did you not like about the Ceramics? I've only heard that Ceramics don't have as good of an initial bite, because they need heat before they bite, but I haven't really had issues with my Akebono Ceramic pads that I have on my e55. I haven't heard anything regarding the pads causing a mushy brake pedal.

I am picky about brake pads. I have had bad experience with Hawk ceramic pads also. I installed a set my Audi TT and they did not have enough bite or friction coefficient. Even when very hot the required pedal pressure was so high that I feared I would damage the hydraulics. I removed them and went with HP+ . Those are VERY dusty and too aggressive for a Q7 however. On our Q7 I went back with OEM. I was shopping for Pagid OEM compound but I found that the dealer price for Audi OEM (same pad I believe) was actually better. A very good alternative though is Stoptech 309s. I ran them on an A6 and they felt exactly like the OEMs and were a bit less dusty. They have an extremely high MOT ( max operating temperature) if that matters to you. Also and they are priced very attractively. I already have a set on the shelf to put on my Cayman S when it is time.

It's been a couple of years since the Hawk ceramics were installed. They definitely don't feel as strong as the OEM. I just received the LTS front pads and getting them installed next week, along with a brake flush. Hopefully that will bring back the brake power the car should have.
