I'm having an EPC problem whenever i accelerate the EPC comes on the engine start to shakes. next issue in cylinder #3 there is a air ratio imbalance thats the third time this happens with 3 different cylinder is that a recall?

You'll need to pull the VCDS codes and post them for a more detailed guess I imagine. what you describe sounds like engine trouble around the cam's or valvetrain to me. Not sure of the EPC relationship to that problem.
