I saw they are available as inserts on the genuineaudiparts.com website. Like ~$35 each. They are additive, not built into the handle.
I dont believe the shape of the handle has changed since 2007 and it still looks like the depressed channel in the handle is long, skinny and rectangular. They offer it with keyless and w/o keyless.
