ya, it doesn't look like I will mention it to the dealer, unless the air stops coming out. I don't want to even bother with a dash teardown because it will never be the same as the fit and finish from Slovakia. I saw the thread where a S5 owner's heater cores blew up, and they tore the whole dash apart. After looking at the pics, my heart just sank because the car will never be the same.

I just have access to them through my Audi account, nothing I can really copy
& past. The TSB is #2013315/5, amybe someone with a Bentley subsrcition can look it up to post here.

it's possible to change them without removing the dash
I did it the first time I replaced them. I'd like to try it again if someone will complain again. Don't go bragging about the Q7 build quality, I've seen more issues with the Q7 than any other car. Gues they should've built them in germany.
