On the new B8 A4 you can set your cruising speed by a set mph. toggle the lever up and down effectively lowers and raises the speed by 1 mph per each toggle. It sure is nice when you are going 60 mph and want to raise it to eaxctly 65.......five toggles up and it is set and it shows the speed you just toggled it to, no more guess work.
I ask, because on our 2007 Q7 we do not have this feature. Do the 08 or for that matter the 09's have this feature? I am hoping this can be added per a vag-com and would need the code.

to have a vag-com? If so, maybe you could share the specific with us 2007 Q7 owners.

The cruise handle even has little up down indicators on them. Does your not have that. Would be interesting to see if that can be VAG'd.

it does not move up 5 increments. You actually have to hold it while car responds to make it change.
Well mine does anyway.

indicate what speed you just changed too. So, instead of guessing you want to increase 5 mph, it will show you the speed you have selected, up or down.

code I can use to give me this little extra feature. If anyone who has this feature and has access to a vag-com, maybe you could share what code your particular Q7 is set to.

I would guess on euro spec vehicles the increment is different, so it must be programmable.
I don't have a vag-com myself ... come to think about it that's truly odd for a geek like me.
