sorry to hear about your delimma... I have the ibis white q7 3.0t which I custom ordered a dvd entertainment system with mined I placed my order first week of august and it arrive around the first week of november but was delayed for pickup for 10 days due to delay in shipmnt for the dvd kit and also had clear bra install and windows tinted for drivr and front passngr to match.. all and all my time from order to delivery was a little over 90dys i picked up my 11/19/2010 i decided to go with the 20 inch wheels with all season due to living in ohio weather did not want to risk getting 21 inch wheel due to wife mostly drives it. My experience was preditable due to my long term relationship with the sales manager from Byers Audi whom I purchased in the past many years my black 2001 B5 S4(RIP), Silver2004 A4 3.0, Silver 2004 A6 2.7t and latest Prestige q7 s-line 3.0t.
