Disappointed at Audi

'07 was the 1st model year of the Q7. I've had 3 Audi's and got 1 more coming. 2 A6's and 1 A4 Avant. 2006, 2008, amd 2011
Virtually no problems with all 3 of them.
The Q7 is a big heavy vehicle that car burn through tires and brakes very fast. But so can other SUV's in that category.
You're always going to have more problems with a 1st model year vehicle.
A 2012 Q7 is a better vehicle than the 2007.

Sorry to hear your troubles. 8 Audis in the family over the years and the only Audi we ever had any (significant) trouble with was the '07 Q7: battery drain, panorama roof leaks, MMI malfunctions... Fixed it ok, but the electronics were always wonky. That said, I just picked up my 2013 Q7 two weeks ago. Hmmmm.
And, there's one bonehead service rep at my dealership, but everyone else is great - they don't always get it right the first time, but they're persistent.
