Default doesn't Audi give loaners to multi-day service repairs,

or am I wrong? you would think that having to repair the MMI on a new Q7 w/ 600m is bad enough. I am loving this car, but it is history if the MMI issues cant be resolved.

Default In 5 years of servicing at my dealer I've only had a loaner once FTL! That's what lack of

competition will do.

I do even for oil changes. Must depend on the dealer.

definitely depends on the dealer. i get loaners, even if it takes a few days to fix my car.

Default my dealer gives loaners for same day or multiday repairs.

Also its always an Audi and there is no waiting for a third party rental company to bring you a car. They usually have the loaner already pulled around when you get there. I have never been at the repair shop for more than 15 min to drop off or pick up. A major reason for me to still consider buying new Audis is this level of service.

Make friends with your service manager. It's their discretion to give you a loaner.
