No, I haven't tried them for the tail lights. The tail lights are a different bulb than the DRL. I have LED bulbs for my license plate lights, which are very bright and stand out. I'm still reaerching a LED bulb for the reverse/backup lights. I'll post what I find.

By manual the DRL and tail lights are the same, just changed a dead DRL and tail light bulb and they are 7506. The LED bulb on the website are listed as tail light/turning lights

My apologies, I meant the DRL and the reverse/backup lights are different bulbs. I'm planning to change out my reverse lights with an LED bulb not the tail lights.

I've noticed that the interior lighting is rather dim, especially in the 2nd row and with the brightness setting all the way up. Got any suggestions for what bulbs to use there?

try here:http://www.tunerdomes.com/index.php?...d&productId=77

This lists an entire interior package for the car and guarantees no error codes.

So I received my "bulbs" and have some pictures. I had to get a shot of the winter wheel/rubber too

The second pic should be the incandescent vs LED comparison.

Gomer Pyle,

I knew you'd like the LED DRL's! They definitely add a little uniqueness to our 2007 Q7's! They look really good at dusk/night time.

Any pics at night? Looks good. Any pics on how and where you wired to the DRL?

The Q7 headlight DRL bulb is 7506, most probably the same as A6.
This LED bulb replace 7506 bulb
