Anyone get this letter from Audi? It is for a voluntary replacement of the ignition coil packs. It triggers a MIL light and can cause inappropriate emissions and/or poor performance.
I noticed some roughness in the idle on my 3.6 lately and was contemplating on bringing it in to get checked.

I got this letter for my A4, but not for my Q7 or A3 though I'm assuming that it's only a matter of time. I had been carrying spare coilpacks in my cars, just in case, though (I'm a bit of a nut job), since it takes less than 5 minutes to swap one out...

Just made my appointment for 35K service and the advisor stated there are two letters being sent. One is the actual campaign notification letter (being sent to oldest models first) and the other - which I received - is a letter that asks you to wait for the official campaign letter unless you are specifically having issues.
Best to check which you have before calling for appointment.

My dealer was pretty firm that you need to wait for the actual campaign letter. Almost every Audi made has to have this changed.
