Engine Light came on issue Q7 3.0tdi
Hey,
Wondering if anyone knows about this? Last night I heard a regular pattern of ticking noises from the engine compartment. It sounded like little spark type noises. My glow plug light stayed on for 10 secs whilst driving which never happened before and then switched off.
In the engine compartment the noise was a box located to the right side and at the front of the engine where the large black pipe goes into the manifold (I think) there is a box attached to the pipe - not sure if it the mass air flow sensor or something.
Would take a picture but I dropped the car off to Audi to diagnose. Car 3 months out of warranty.
Any ideas?
