Default EPC - TPS Codes

I did the carbon cleaning last weekend to remove random misfire Check Engine light. It was not bad, but certainly had a lot of buildup on the cylinders that were misfiring.

After getting it all back together I started it up and got EPC. I am getting 3 messages.

- P0016 - Crank-Cam Position correlation (I have a Crank Position Sensor I can put in)
- P0122 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
- P0222 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Low Input

I tried doing the throttle adaptation below and it didn't work. I got an error. Any ideas? I am thinking of picking up a Throttle Body.

What year and engine do you have? I would check the function of the Cam sensor. Also with your symptoms(P0016 code and misfire), it could also be a timing chain. If it were mine, I wouldn't drive it until I verified the chain tensioners were good.

2007 V8. I have not heard any chain rattle and dealer thought it was fine when they had it in.

Here is my update on this to help anyone else out. Found that after carbon cleaning my Throttle Body sensor was not connected. DOH! Found it was under Intake. Got it out and put it back together and drove it for 20 minutes. Ran great then a CEL right when putting it in the garage. P0016.

I replaced the Crank Position Sensor. It had been out before and the way it was installed the wiring was pulled tight. It ran like a top after that on my test drive for 20 minutes with no CEL. Next morning ran crap off idle with misfire codes and P0016. Checked Camshaft Variable Valve Timing Solenoids and they were pretty gummed up. Bought new ones to be safe and put them in. It has run like a champ ever since without a fault code. Part below.
