I am having a small issue with my rear lights in the luggage area...I can turn off all the other lights, but the lights in the luggage are stay on while the trunk is open. Does anyone know of a way to turn off those lights with the ignition key in the on position...
Thanks in advanced!!
I talked to a dealership out in Arizona and they helped me out...in case anyone ever wondered how to do this...you have to make the rear hatch think that it is closed by pushing your key through the latch and locking it. To unlock it just press the rear hatch button on the remote.

I remember when I was changing all the interior lights to LEDs, that it took like 10 or 15 mins before the trunk light would time out with the hatch open. I don't remember if my keys were in the on position thought. But I remember it took quite a while for the lights to go off. A lot more time than it would take the interior lights to go out.
