Will you really drive only 10k/year? Few people settle for less than 15k on a lease.

Default The sale price is good, what is the money factor and residual?

You need to know these figures to determine if these is a good lease deal. The based money factor rate is currently .00113 and I think the residual is 59%, but I need to confirm. The residual value is fixed (dealer can't change), but they often mark-up the money factor rate as a way to increase their profit on the deal.

Default using that money factor and residual = $623.63 + tax

You will have to pay a security deposit equal to the monthly payment to get the .00113 money factor rate, otherwise the rate goes up to approx. .00170, which seems to be the rate they used to get the $674 payment.

Default NC lease on 3.6P currently:

$549/mo 36 mos, 12K mi/yr, 51K purchase price with $4,400 down(29K residual). Add $30 per 1K additional on lease ammount... so add $120 to the $549= $669/mo. About right.

I'd pay the $15 extra/mo and get the higher mileage limitation for me but...

Default i actually just finalized the deal...

the same vehicle, but i got him down to $660 a month for 36 months, zero down, 10k miles a year. it is my second car so i am not worried about the mileage. anothe dealer told me they couldn't compete with that price and said i should grab it quick because it almost sounds too good to be true. coming from a competing dealer, i feel i am getting the best deal possible.
