got my 1st ticket in my q7
got nailed for 74 in a 55.. actually think I may have been going faster. Had no clue since the q7 is soooo smoooth.. Be careful out there.

You're right about the smoothness of the ride. We are so afraid that we'll be getting a ticket soon too. So far so good though. I am having a hard time keeping other people from "almost" hitting me though! It's happened twice in one week!

i find myself having way too much fun with '0 to whatever' sometimes....it is really smooth and i did have a cop pull out quickly one time as i left a parking lot and was a little too quick getting up to traffic speed....i saw him pull out tho and slowed down so he left me alone
its all audi's fault...lol

I got one coming out of a toll booth on the motorway. Had cruise control on for about an hour. Paid my coin and booted away, hit resume and then saw the blue flashing lights.... I saw already doing 148 kph in the 120. €80 and 2 points.
He agreed that He saw I was slowing but said It was dangerous for other users to have me going so fast. I said he was not serving the public or preventing accidents just getting his monthly target the easy way.
I have since moved my Speed Warning down to 130 kph (about 80mph).
Fastest I have ever had my Q7 230 kph / 143mph

I set my speed warning for 90.. Im careful around town but get me on a highway and its easy to be doing 95 without even noticing. Much like my s4 avant was. Day I picked it up I was coming down the NJ turnpike, I look down and Im doing 110mph!!! Felt like I was doing 70. Thats when I realized this was the car for me

They are out in force these days in PA. Even the state troopers who in my area you would never see sitting there with the gun are out. Times are tough and they need the money. I know I wont be getting any points and there is a chance the cop may "forget" to show up and it gets tossed out. Just waiting to hear my court date.
Man, you reminded me why I don't miss PA... the freakin' state troopers and local puny brains. 74 in a 55, really?? I call that fund-raising, not public safety. I apologize if I've insulted any good PA state boys... but that is just petty, quota-meeting, butt-headedness. Sorry it happened man.

Got my first tIcket Friday night. 57 in a 40. Coming home from a concert with four others in the car. No one in the car could believe the speed. "didn't feel like you were going that fast"
Cop said she turned around to pull me over. Think those bright shinny things on the front of the car influenced her to pull a u-ee?
