How do setup climate control

I cannot make any changes to the climate control after pushing the setup button. Any ideas? I have 4 options listed but am not able to move the pointer with the control wheel.

When in climate setup, use either of the temp wheels, not the main MMI wheel.

I don't need to adjust the temperature, fan or other. I'm trying to adjust the.......

sync funtion etc.

If you're trying to sync it, push and hold the driver side button 1-2 seconds

It'll display something like "SYNC" on the bottom of the MMI screen when you adjust something.

holding down the drivers side syncs everything (even all 4 in 4-zone), holding down both the drivers and passengers syncs just the front in a 4-zone, and all setup functions are controlled via the temperature adjustment wheel for each respective zone (not the MMI as stated).
