I just posted a response to this thread but wanted to see if you had made any progress. What I think worked was going to the dealer's Facebook page and posting my complaint, naming names of dealer employees who were not helpful and in fact insulting. One of my friends who is a frequent customer at this dealership saw my post and contacted the GM, strongly advising him to take care of me. Then I found out someone else called, too, and told the GM the same thing! Ha! Do you have friends that have also patronized this dealership? I did complain to corporate but got nowhere. It's the local guy that cares about his reputation the most and just glad my dealer caved after only about 4 days of my social media rants Let me know how it's going!
