What tires are you running?

I got Bridgestone Dueler H/L 400's stock on my 2011 and they are very noisy.

3000 RPM at 70 MPH sounds too high. Look at your multi info display in the middle of your instrument cluster while your cruising at 70MPH. You should be in 8th or 6th depending on your year. My '07 4.2 will turn about 2250RPM in 6th at 70MPH- I believe. I'll have to check later on this morning.
