MMI Seat Memory...
Does anyone on here have the manual handy to see the step by step instructions of pairing the keys with the seat memory in MMI?
I have tried everything that usually works and not having any success.

36: Seat Mem - 07 Coding - Long Coding Helper - change Byte 2, bit 0, to 1
Seat memory will be there however greyed out in MMI
In MMI, Seat Adjustment you are now able to find Driver's seat, you can set Key memory on/off. Set it "on" for both keys separately.
Current coding for seat memory driver (for my vehicle) is: 00581B00000011110000
If that bit is set, set it back to 0, turn off the car and wait ten to fifteen minutes; after a decent amount of time has passed go back in to the module and put back the proper coding. save. clear fault codes and reboot mmi. At this point the option should be enabled and you can program/set your keys to work accordingly.
This is absolutely the dumbest "glitch" I have seen yet in Audi coding. It is up there with BMW's "bug" of coding auto fold mirrors on the F31 and you get a DSC/ABS fault (depending on which ecu revision you have). Very odd and completely inline with peculiar German engineering.

I know I’m bringing this back from the dead but I just wanted to bump this as what icon had posted above worked for me. So with this pandemic we haven’t been driving our cars a lot. I have been trying to stay on top of them driving them around once or twice a week for 30min but on occasion it hasn’t happened. Recently I started plugging in the cars to battery tenders if I know it won’t drive for a bit. (But that’s besides the point). The battery did get low once but once I got the car started, I noticed the seats were not adjusting on their own. I checked the mmi settings and noticed it was greyed out for the memory seats. I tried the adaptation method but that didn’t work. I then tried this method through vag to disable then enable the seats again and it worked like a charm. My seats are back to working. So just bumping this for anyone else that this glitches for.
