I have ordered some 22" wheels to replace my 20" 5 spoke S-line tires. Two questions: 1) Are there any adjustments or mods that will be needed? change any settings in the MMI (other than reset TPMS)? 2) Dealer said I would have to have 9" width wheels on the front. I was hoping to stick with 10" width for all four. Has anyone installed 22" with 10" width on front wheels and it was OK? Thanks in advance for the advice.

That sounds about right. They also said since the TPMS stem is 1 piece, they thought they could re-use the 1's I already have. If it was 2-piece, they said they would have to order 4 new ones. Is this correct?

Good idea. I will follow suit and order another set of 4 TPMS. I will not be going to the dealer for my new tires. Did you buy your TPMS stems yourself? If so, any good pricing? or did you buy them @ your tire shop? Thanks.

Has anyone moved up to 22" wheels from the stock 20" setup? Was there a need for any spacers or adjustments for this to occur properly? Thanks for the advice.

While the OEM TPMS sensors, the whole assembly is two pieces (sensor and valve stem). You can reuse them, however, without issues.
