From my sources I doubt that size will be reduced significantly, its the Q7's unique selling point over rivals X5, M Class, etc. But it will be 300kg lighter. Engines will be in 6 and 8 cylinder (petrol/diesel) and a new plug in hybrid variant (3.0 diesel) with an 85kW electric motor on top.
