Any pics and what size of tire did you go with?

Sure thing, I went with 295/45/20, I wanted the Yoko Parada Spec X but they were on national back order and I could not wait.

why did you go with that size?

your car is not set up for that... your wheel is now 1" larger than stock. your speedometer and nav and turning radius will be off... when you think youre driving sixty you're actually driving 62mph... when you think you're driving 80 you'll be driving nearly 85mph...

your spare is now one inch smaller than all the other tires... so now when you go to put it on (if you need to) you will damage your awd system.

iirc there is a place in vagcom where you adjust tire size etc. but i dont know how or where... stumbled across by accident.

I must be in the minority. I am on my second set of the Goodyear LS2's on the 19" rims. They seem to do fine for me. Quiet and comfortable. They don't last very long, but neither did the Pirelli Rossos I had on my Touareg...

I believe that's Hankook Ventus ST RH 05. I put them on my FX before and was great tire even on a light snow.

the overall diameter of the wheel will change to 3/10ths larger than oem settings. which equates to a speed of 62mph when your speedo indicates 60mph.

Speedo will be slightly off as Icono says. Personally, for me it is a no issue. All my vehicles have oversized tires. None of them have an accurate speedo.
