Has anyone seen any definitive or quasi-definitive info on when the next-gen will be available? I love my 2011 333hp, but am anxiously awaiting the Q7 with increased power to weight ratio, and other slick features I'm sure.

Nothing definitive yet, only vague ETAs are given. It uses more aluminum to shave weight from what I'm being told.

It looks like Audi is behind with the new gen Q7, MB is out, BMW, Acura road testing the new gen. Or maybe Audi is good at camouflaging it, or maybe audi wants the competition to get theirs out.

So it's it MY 2014? So it's on sale in fall calendar year 2013? I'm ready for another car (3 year itch)
Wife wants another Q7, but I want to get the re-design one. She doesn't care. She and the kids don't like the ride in the Cayenne, so another Q7 it is. Now just have to wait.
