Default No heat on driver side

I've recently noticed that no matter how high I set the temperature on the driver's side it never gets hot; it doesn't matter if I have it on Lo or Hi the temperature of the air blowing feels the same to me. The only thing that I notice that changes when I go from one extreme to the other in Auto is that fan speed changes, but never the temperature. On the passenger side I can tell the difference between hi and lo, it definitely gets hot on Hi and gets really cold on Lo.

My question is: Has any one experienced this before? My Q7 is a CPO, should this be covered under warranty? I tried to read up on what's covered and I read something about an $85 deductible, does that sound right?

Thanks in advance,
A cold drivers side Q7 owner :-)

Default cold driver side

Is that the ones where you have to remove the dash to replace?
