Default Painting lowers of the q7

I want to get my White Audi Q7 lower front lip, lower rear bumper, and lower sides painted to match the rest of the car. I was given an estimate of $700-$800 to have it painted, does that sound fair?

For anyone that's painted their lowers, what did you do ?

sounds fair considering they will need to remove both front and rear bumpers to access the lower portions. I thought about doing the same to my white Q. The only thing holding me back is that because of the textured material that make up those pieces, the paint might not bond too well.

The Q is is finally going into the body shop on monday to get the Smoked tail lights and lowers painted. I will post before and after pictures when done. At the same time I will be installing the OEM hitch while they're painting.

Would love to see your pictures....thinking about doing mine the same way you are treating your Q.
Might need to get some details on it.
Are you also thinking about converting your lights to the 2010s?
