Default Parking System trouble

My parking system fails. When going in reverse or manually hitting the parking system button, I have the camera screen come up, get a long beep, and then it goes back to the previous screen (radio or whatever was on). The parking system button light keeps flashing.

There are plenty of threads that describe the cause as a faulty sensor, so with ignition on and gear in reverse, I put my my ear on each sensor (4 front, 4 rear), and all of them click.

Could it be that despite the clicking one sensor is faulty, or could it be something else ? Don't have access to Vag-Com at this time, unfortunately.

If this occurs for A4, A5, A5 Cabriolet, Audi Q5, C6 A6, and Audi Q7, the rearview camera image can be reactivated by selecting the reverse gear a second time or by one of the following methods.
^ Press the parking aid button twice (1st operation >> park aid is deactivated, 2nd operation >> park aid is activated)

Sorry, I don't get it. When I hit the park aid button, the rear camera comes on with a long beep and no signal on the distance warning sensors. If I do nothing, the screen reverts back to radio after 5 seconds. The yellow light in the park aid button keeps flashing.

If it any time I press the park aid button again, the screen just switches back to radio, with no light flashing.

It sounds like your parking aid button went bad (has a open short).

Scanned it, and the error code is
01543 - Parking Aid Warning Chime (H15)

I reckon it's under the driver side trunk panel. Any idea how to get the damn thing off ?

So, it's like this, just on the driver's side.

Replaced the buzzer, and the system is up and working again.
