Niiiiiiiiiice!

Great upgrade from the Mazda. I love the color combo too... I wouldn't have thought of that interior with that exterior but it really, really works.

Congrads and welcome.

Does anyone else like the exhaust without the tips installed or is it just me?

I think it sucks without the chrome tips... looks like a bus (and before anyone says it it... I know it is actually a bus, but it's a premium bus)!

I really really like the exterior of the car, and want to congratulate you for this gorgeous ride.

But I must say that we in Europe, we are gettin' far better Sport-Seats than those in US :S

Anyway, enjoy your car mate.

Ness.

I want the chrome tips too. Love them in my allroad, TSX. But missed it in my TDI. Anybody know what part numbers they are? Is it orderable (OEM) without the offroad package?

I must give kudos to the Mazda CX-9. I'm a car guy (own a C6 Corvette), so I wanted a CUV that had great handling, which is why I leased the CX-9. It's a blast to drive.

I decided to go with the Q7, as I wanted options like parking sensors, panorama sunroof, ventilated seats, etc. The new supercharged engine made the final decision easy.

If Mazda put the Ford EcoBoost under the hood, and added a few more options, I would have seriously considered a new CX-9.

I've now realized one option I miss in the new Q is auto door locking. My Mazda CX-9, Cadillac STS, and C6 Corvette all have smart keys. I have them all programmed so they auto lock the doors after the last door is shut, no fob in vehicle, and wait for about 8 seconds.

I know it's not a big deal having to push the door button to lock the Q, but it would be nice to have the auto lock option.

Funny, I traded in our CX-9 on the same car but in Daytona Gray. Nice to be back in a Q7 (07 Q7 to 10 CX-9 to 11 Q7).
