Default Powder Coated Rims

Got the 21" rims back last night. The wife wanted gray and we tried to match the color of the Q as close as possible. Probably should have gone a little darker but we'll see once I mount them this weekend.

I like the look and color of the 21's. they should mesh well with the graphite grey..

if you still have oem brake pads, you will have the best of both worlds. Grey and flat black, both will look great on your Q.

Looks good. Almost identical to the OEM Audi 21" 5-spoke Titanium wheels. IMO the Titanium finish suit most dark colours and have a nice contrast with White.

Agreed! Looking forward to seeing pics of them installed. Still dig the winter setup you have, the nices winter setup I have ever seen.

My best critic (wife)says the color isn't right and I agree. She called it a construction gray and looks like almost like Navy ship gray. Since she is who mostly drives the Q we'll work with my shop guy to see what can be done. Probably a darker titanium as indicated like what you can get on European spec Qs, almost like our OZ winter rims. We'll need to check what colors are available and go from there. I asked for a color that closly matches the paint and this isn't it.

If you don't mind me asking how much was the powder coating? I've thought about getting a set of my track rims done.

I suggest a matte black.
Color matching the body won't look right.
You need some contrast.

Quote was 110 Euro each and I paid 420 Euro for all 4.

Quality of the work looks top notch, have to agree with you on color. A Darker grey with metallic like your O.Z.'s would like better.
