Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but I searched and didn't find anything. Who can advise on programming the air suspension, specifically to be able to lower it for loading, especially in response to a command from the key/remote control?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Don't know your year model. On the 2010 you can lower it for loading from the MMI and from a switch in the cargo area. To my knowledge there is no way to affect the air suspension with the key/remote.

It's been that way since its 2007 introduction.
In the MMI press the car button, then setup, and select lower for loading.
Or press the button in the right rear by the tailgate.
Note, all doors must be closed for it to operate. As soon as a door is opened, the suspension stops lowering.

Thanks for the input. Since other functions can be used via the key, e.g. lowering windows, etc., I was just wondering whether we could alter the responses to the key. It is all useful information, though. Thanks again.
