This question has come up from time to time with the design of new cars. If a Jeep Wrangler is masculine, and a BMW X3 is feminine...along with a lot of the Bangle designed BMW's... where does the Q7 sit on the scale? As a man, I am more than happy to be seen driving what is mostly my wife's car. What do you think?

Oh this is easy. It is certianly a girl. Some cars are girls and some are women. We had a Lexus GX470 and that was a girl too. My H2 is a boy. However, I love driving the Q7.

In the united States, most SUV's replace minivans. That said, when the q7 was designed, it was made to appeal to the husband as much as the wife.
In europe, it appeals as much to men as to women. I married man needs a vehicle like this one to replace their boy toy.
Lets put it this way, who needs a v8tdi or v12 for that matter? answer no one.
Who is most likely to want one. Men.
In general, most women (most not all) will say that it is not necessary.
