Default Q7 Misfire

Hi All,

Pulling my hair out on this one.
2007 Q7 with the 3.6 v6 and I was getting a misfire on cyl #5 constantly, going up on the Vag-com counter pretty much every half-second. So I swapped plugs and coil packs and the misfire stayed on cyl #5.
Figured is not the spark plug nor the coil pack so its gotta be the injector. I wasent getting any other error codes besides the misfire on 5.
So finally installed a new injector on #5 and boom! no more misfire on cyl #5!!! NOW the misfire migrated to cyl #1...is misfiring constantly like it did on #5.
If any one can shed some light on what might be happening, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Good afternoon! is there no hiss of air behind the engine ?

You know it kinda sounds like a hiss is coming from the back of the engine but its hard to tell.
Also, when its idling and it rough if you give it gas quickly it hesitates and it hisses then the engine revs up.

Возможно у вас порвалась мембрана клапана PCV, чтобы проверить запуск двигателя откройте капот и открутите крышку маслозаливной горловины , если крышка начинает всасывать и двигатель не будет работать стабильно то воздух клапана PCV засасывается и это установлен в клапанной крышке.

If not the PCV diaphragm, maybe that was another injector problem or maybe the high pressure fuel pump cam follower had a hole worn into it?

How difficult was it getting to the Bank 1 injectors?

Is not too bad, you have to take the intake off which is the most difficult part, and the fuel rail for injectors 2-4-6 come off with the intake.
After that, injectors 1-3-5 are right in front of you and you just have to take off the fuel rail.
I do have some serious carbon build up on the intake valves, 2-4-6 which are easy to see, 1-3-5 are really deep and hard to see but i'm sure they are just as nasty. I'm gonna try to clean them up and see if that helps my problem.
