Default It looks like a hardware issue, unfortunately. There appears to be a different part number
for the MP3 capable CD changer. From a posting about this on Navplus, the new Part number is 4E0 057 110 A and carries of list price of € 611,00 including tax(IVA 20%)

Almost makes the Audi AMI retrofit look like a bargain...

has anyone else looked into this.. what about retrofits has anyone with a pre Nov built date had any success with a retrofit. I want to ask for a recall??

I just bought 2007 Q7 4.2, and I am going to try it today. Will post the results soon.

Tried it today and it works great. CD burned on iMac using Toast software. It displays text too. 2007 Q7 4.2
