Your car is beautiful except the mud flap.

Default Looks like we need to balance out the discussion a bit. I have the splash guards on my .............

.....quartz gray Q7 with the 275/45/20 Contis, and they look great, adding to the Q's purposeful look. In the flesh, they enhance the hunkered-down appearance of the Q. And of course, they're quite functional, helping keep road spray off the sides of the car, and also protecting the sides from the occasional rock thrown by the 275's.

Not good in snow , though . You could form big " iceberg " between front tire affecting steering .

Do you have the part numbers? I like them and have been told they are not available for the S-Line.

Thanks for the photos. Do the rear mud flaps fit tightly to the body panel? (I can't really tell from the photos.)

I have a friend with a 2008 S-line who had to have the dealer put black caulk betweent the mud flap and the body because the S-line body panel is different than the non S-line which created a gap.

And... there is no option on the 2011 Q7 order guide for the port-installed mud flaps (Splash Guards) as there is for some other models. Makes me wonder why not.

I have an 08 Q-7 Calla white with silver underpinnings... Added the Audi mudflaps but had them painted silver to match the vehicle. They have been on for a year and half and show no signs of paint cracking etc. Fittment to the body is good... At first I was a little hesitant to add them but having had them for a while (and painted)they actually add a nice touch to the aggressive look of the truck. I don't have any pictures but can take some if you want to see...

I just bought a 2011 Ibis White TDI and this is the first thing I bought for it. I have looked at several used Q7's and they have pretty significant pitting/chipping on the rocker panel.

Hi did UR new TDI come with the "Full Paint Finish" ( which matches the lower body ) ??? or did u have to pay extra ? How is the MPG so far, I can't decide between 3.0 supercharged or the TDI ??? I don't know if the extra 4K is worth the extra mpg ...
