Hello,

I bought an '07 Q7 used and it already had the factory tow package. With the 7 spade adapter (from Porsche / VW) the brake lights work fine // but I don't think its wired to provide any aux power to the trailer.

Does anybody know if the dealer needs to specifically wire this one on ? Without it the Prodigy P3 won't work because it needs power from the car. Also the trailer can't recharge its batteries on the road either.
