I'll semi-agree here, but the thing that's missing is hollow vs. solid bars....as well as metallurgy. Diameter is just one piece of the puzzle.

Agreed.

Wish there was a definitive source of information on these bars.

It also matters what level of trim the Cayenne has. If it's base level or S, the bars are pretty much Q7 stock bars. The Turbo (TT) trim is the bars you want.

Base and some S Cayennes will have steel suspensions. Everything higher will have air. Not sure air bars fit on steel sprung cars and vice versa.

Best way to tell is by checking the part number. I have an OEM air suspension. Send me a link to a parts site and I'll check using my VIN and we can see 'hopefully' if they're the same.
