Does anyone know if there are settings to adjust the display screen for Siruis? I noticed that the screen margins seem to be too narrow, causing cut-off of song and artist information. For example, even short song titles, like "Elton John - Funeral for a Friend" might display as "Elton John - Funeral fo"

My old after market unit (in another car) would scroll automatically to show full song & artist titles. I don't care that MMI doesn't do that, but strangely, there seems to be plenty of room in the screen margins for more song and artist data. It's just not utilized by the MMI.

I also can't seem to get a single CD to display song and artist titles, but that's another issue - I think I just haven't played any with song/title data encoded in them.

I don't know, but the info is truncated on my Mini Cooper as well, but even more so. My Q7 is XM, my Cooper is Sirius.
